Animal(s) accepted are transported and cared for by ALL ABOARD PET EXPRESS.COM an Intermediate Handler, referred hereafter as the handler, without liability on the handler?s or the handler?s agent part for loss or damage from disease, death, running away, theft, fire, injury to or from other animal(s), persons or property by said animal(s) or other unavoidable cause. Handler agrees to exercise due and reasonable care while transporting said animal(s) and to assure that the animal(s) are fed properly and regularly, and to be housed in clean safe quarters when necessary. In the event of a need for emergency medical care the animal(s) will be taken to the veterinarian. Owner(s) of the animal(s) assumes all responsibility of medical care and expenses caused by the animals illness or death.
